中新网11月6日电据中央气象台网站消息，气象监测显示，受冷空气影响，今日7时较昨日7时贵州东北部、江淮、江南及内蒙古东部、东北地区部分地区气温下降4～8℃。目前冷空气影响已进入尾声，下一轮冷空气将于明天启程，给新疆带来大风降温和雨雪天气，新疆气温将由前期偏高转为偏低；之后冷空气东移减弱影响我国北方地区。

台风方面，台风“银杏”今天早晨5点钟位于菲律宾马尼拉东北方向大约560公里的西北太平洋洋面上，中心附近最大风力有14级(42米/秒)。预计，“银杏”将以每小时10公里左右的速度向西北转偏西方向移动，强度继续增强，最强可达强台风级(14-15级，42-48m/s)，逐渐向菲律宾吕宋岛北部沿海靠近。
